it is true success wont be coming in a single day.,, it need to build with your working passion along with own interest ...,,,. you might be good in some other activities rather than studies.,,,,,,, try to concentrate in that field and make use of the best opportunities..,,,,,.how to use??????/ you must create that situation.????????..you must analyze in swot method. it is nothing but s- strengthen your capacity w-analyze your weakness and try to overcome it.o- make use of the best opportunity........T- analyze the threats ..... this is the basic philosophy in management./........ it might found silly but from my experience i am telling if your afraid to particular situation or something ,,,,,,,then you must face it ,,,,,,....eg seminars,,first time every one will be shaky in their presentation,they stuck in their thought process..so many people would not participate in those kind of activities... so in these situation only motivation is required for that person.. it must given by concerned teachers or friends... if that person takes a session he may shaky but encourage him ... then he ask to himself "do we really done the presentation well "next time there will be increasing in self confidence...towards mentally he starts improving his talent and it tells in his exposure towards that field .....
